ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check these and contact us promptly in case of mistake. If you didn’t receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

SHIPPING

All orders are packaged by ourselves with love and care.
We try our best to process all orders within 5-6 business days of receipt but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, sales, etc…).

You’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped out.

Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order does not arrive in 30 days please contact us.

LATIN AMERICA

Please note that because of postal services in these countries being slow to handle and deliver parcels, we cannot guarantee that you will get it in the estimated delivery time. However, to avoid any trouble, all orders ship with a tracking, an insurance and your signature is required upon delivery.
So if there’s any issue, we should be able to make it right in a way or another, but please be patient and understanding.

Includes Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Suriname, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

 

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Waikiki Please. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND

In case of exchange or refund, please contact us promptly by replying to the confirmation email you received when you ordered. We will provide the return address information once your exchange or refund has been approved.

Before placing an order, we advise you to consult our size chart, located on the page of each product, and make sure you select the size you need. If still, after receiving your order you want to make a change, the return and new delivery costs will be at your expense.

Please note that :
• only t-shirts and sweatshirts are eligible for exchange
• you can ask for a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt
• once your return is approved, you have 14 days to send the items in their original condition (properly folded in their paper bag with the tag attached)
• returning and reshipping costs will be at your expense (if you paid with Paypal, you can get the returning costs refunded here)
• we encourage you to ship your parcel with tracking to prevent any trouble
• damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as we got them, at your expense
• sales items are non-refundable but can be returned for exchange or store credit
• initial shipping costs are non-refundable
